Target group
The course is targeting technical personnel with responsibility for configuring and maintaining
the Au2mate OEE package.
Prerequisites
Basic understanding of manufacturing principles.
User of Windows based PCs.
Course content
The course introduces the audience to Au2mate’s OEE package (Overall Equipment Efficiency).
The OEE package provides a standardised and flexible solution for representing the OEE figures on e.g. a process unit or a filling line.
The course will cover topics such as:
• Introduction to both machine & line OEE calculation
• Material/product database linked to specific equipment/run rates, targets etc.
• Creating user-specific dashboards
• Creating user-defined OEE reports
• Creating and configuring plant model
• Mapping basic machine data e.g. stop reasons and manufacturing capabilities
• Interfacing with live data
Objectives
Upon completion of this course the attendant will have obtained:
• Basic understanding of OEE and the use of Au2mate’s OEE package
• Skills in using and configuring Au2mate’s OEE package
• Linking OEE software with live data

This course is conducted in Danish (English on request) – all material in English
