Target group
This course is targeting technical personnel and all others who want a practical, hands-on knowledge of OEE and how OEE is implemented in real production environments.
We will use the Au2mate OEE Module package as demo and base during this course.
Course content
Get control of how your production really performs – and learn how to get more value from the equipment you already have. Learn to use OEE in practice through cases and exercises that reflect everyday production challenges.
The course will cover topics such as:
- OEE in practice – understand the key concepts
- Exercises using real production data
- How to extract OEE data from your equipment and into your reports
- Identify hidden losses in equipment, processes, and routines
- Quickly build useful dashboards and OEE reports
We focus on practical knowledge you can take home and apply immediately.
Objectives
Upon completion of this course the attendant will have obtained:
- An understanding of OEE in practice
- Learned how to analyze real production data
- How to collect and structure OEE data
- How to identify hidden losses in production
- How to build actionable dashboard
Prerequisites
No prior OEE knowledge is required to participate.
Basic understanding of manufacturing principles.
User of Windows based PCs.
