Au2mate has published its ESG Report for 2025, providing insight into our work with environmental, social, and governance-related topics.
The report covers the period from January to December 2025 and has been prepared based on the VSME framework for small and medium-sized enterprises. The purpose of the report is to create transparency around our impact, our initiatives, and the areas where we continue to develop Au2mate as a responsible and long-term business partner.
The report presents, among other things, our Scope 1 and Scope 2 CO₂ accounting, which amounted to 84.94 tCO₂e in 2025. It also describes our work with energy-efficient office operations, renewable energy, employee wellbeing, competence development, health and safety, governance, and compliance.
As a service-based company, our direct environmental impact is relatively limited. However, we aim to work in a structured way with the areas where we can make a difference — both in our own operations and through the solutions we deliver to our customers. Through process automation, we help companies optimise production, reduce waste, and create more efficient processes.
The report also highlights our continued focus on people. In 2025, Au2mate Group had 216 FTEs, an employee retention rate of 91.2%, and a strong focus on development, onboarding, and knowledge sharing through initiatives such as Au2mate Academy.
The ESG Report is an important step in our work to document and develop our efforts within sustainability, responsibility, and long-term value creation.
