Troubleshooting for plant operators
Target group
This course is an individual company course for plant operators in the process industry (max 10 people per group).
Course content – adapted to your site
Day 1 takes place in Au2mate Academy in Silkeborg, Denmark:
The operators are trained in the basic principles of a control system. How to operate the control system and how to find faults. The instructor simulates real-life scenarios and performs real faults on the live pilot plant in Academy for the operators to solve.
The course content will be adapted to your specific needs.
Day 2 takes place at the operator’s own production plant:
The operators are trained in their own control system and in fault finding at their own production site, using the tools and practical training obtained from Day 1.
Day 2 can also take place in Au2mate Academy.
Safe and secure environment
Our settings provide a safe and secure training facility. The operators will be able to work in a calm environment with no consequences such as product loss or approaching deadlines.
Objectives
After the course, the operator has a greater understanding of how the control system works, the connection between components and the process and will be able to detect, diagnose and solve current faults and restart the process much faster.
The result of this training is a significant increased uptime, less service calls and ultimately contributing to a more efficient production (higher margin/better coverage).
