Course material/Course Diploma
All course material is always in English – course material will be distributed during or after the course if required.
Course diploma will be forwarded by email after the course.

INDIVIDUAL COURSES & CUSTOMISED COURSES
Cancellation or rescheduling of a course
You can cancel your participation or reschedule to another course free of charge up to 5 working days before the course start day.
For cancellations, rescheduling after this period, or no-shows, 100% of the course fee will be charged.
If you are unable to attend, you are always welcome to transfer your registration to a colleague.
All courses will be conducted with a min. of 4 confirmed participants. In the case of less confirmed participants, Au2mate Academy reserves the right to postpone or cancel the course. Should this be the case, you will be notified no less than 2 weeks before course start.
Cancellation terms for customized courses will be agreed upon when booking the course.
Discounts applicable to courses:
A 10 % discount per participant is granted at min. 5 sign-ups from the same company at any course.
Customized courses are rated according to quotation.
Payment upon completion of courses unless otherwise agreed.
