We are a project-based enterprise, striving to be the preferred partner in the process industry by delivering unique quality to our customers. Our head office is in Denmark and we have branches in United Arab Emirates, UK, Norway, Sweden, Germany, France, Portugal, US, and Australia.

The Au2mate adventure began in August 2001. The company was established by the two long-term colleagues in the field of automation, Carsten G. Jensen and Klaus Dam.

Back then, the ambition of Au2mate was – and still is – to develop a company delivering high value to customers through better, cheaper, and faster highly upgraded automation and IT solutions. Moreover, the founders wanted to create and further develop a workplace based on technology, professionalism, open dialogue, and ‘freedom with responsibility’ for the benefit of customers, colleagues, and the surrounding environment.

Since it was established, Au2mate has generated positive financial results and experienced continuous growth.

A new main shareholder, N. Foss & Co, who acquired 51 % of the company shares in 2018, secures the future growth and development of Au2mate moving forward.

In May 2024 N. Foss & Co. acquired an additional 27% and now holds 78% of the shares in Au2mate.
