Au2mate 24/7 HOTLINE agreement is the basis agreement which includes access to 24/7 emergency service with guaranteed assistance on calls around the clock as well as periodic check of remote connection and free assistance per telephone the first half hour within normal opening hours.

SYSTEM CARE
In addition to the 24/7 HOTLINE, you can purchase Au2mate’s SYSTEM CARE agreement. This includes periodic health check of the control system key components and software licenses. The installed control system is inspected periodically or according to agreement or need. A report is prepared, outlining the control system’s state of health and any recommendations resulting from this. Also, if required, a test of the PROFIBUS network can be included in survey.
