DATA PROTECTION IN CONNECTION WITH JOB APPLICATIONS

When you submit a job application with your personal data, we store your data for 6 months. This means that we have access to your personal data in case we need to contact you.

Data processor
Au2mate will act as a data processor in all cases where applications containing personal data are received.

What personal data
When you submit your personal data in connection with a job application to Au2mate, your personal data, including your name, address, email address, telephone number, employment and education history, and professional and personal skills will be shared with relevant managers.

Personal data submitted to Au2mate must NOT include:
– Information about illness unless the information is relevant to the job in question
– Pregnancy information
– Information on ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership or sexual orientation


Use of personal data

Your personal data information will only be used by Au2mate in connection with the recruitment of staff for the Au2mate Group.
Your personal data will be treated as strictly confidential and persons in the recruitment process e.g., HR/managers/directors of Au2mate will have access to your personal data if it is relevant to the recruitment.

Time period

Your personal data will be stored for a period of 6 months from the date Au2mate receives your application.

Correction and deletion of personal data

You may at any time, by contacting Au2mate A/S, have inaccurate data corrected, object to processing and/or have your application deleted.

The above-mentioned personal data will only be collected to the extent that it is relevant to your customer relationship and your interaction with Au2mate. As a general rule, we collect personal data directly from you or your employer/colleagues, and sometimes indirectly via cookies etc.
For example, we use the personal data to manage your course visit, tailor offers, optimise marketing efforts, troubleshooting and technical maintenance, planning, execution and management of the contractual relationship and improve our service.

Suppliers
If you or your employer is a supplier to Au2mate or a subcontractor to a supplier to Au2mate, we may collect personal data from you, such as contact information, to ensure that our business relationship can function effectively and smoothly.
The above personal data will only be collected to the extent relevant to your supplier relationship and your interaction with Au2mate. As a general rule, we collect the personal data directly from you or your employer/colleagues.
We use the personal data for daily co-operation, planning, administration, handling of invoices etc. and compliance with legal obligations.

How we share and transfer your personal data
We only share your personal data when it is necessary for the purposes described above. The main categories of recipients are:
– Other companies in the Au2mate group
– Au2mate’s business partners
– IT service providers and data processors on behalf of Au2mate
– Other recipients that provide support to Au2mate’s business activities, e.g. lawyers and advisors

– Projects. Your personal data may be processed in all countries where Au2mate has offices. As Au2mate often works across divisions and countries.
– Courses. Au2mate collects contact information about you if you have signed up for a course in Au2mate. We keep it as long as there is a legal basis for keeping it.

Your rights
You have the right to gain access to the information that Au2mate holds about you and to object to registered information and the processing of your personal data. If the information is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right to demand that it is corrected or deleted.
Furthermore, you have the right to object to any profiling by Au2mate.

We reserve the right to change or supplement this Privacy Policy at any time. To the extent that the changes to the Privacy Policy are considered to be material and significant, you will be informed of this on our website.
