You will also be connected to an experienced employee (Au2mate Uncle/Aunt), to give you a warm welcome to Au2mate processes, systems and culture.

As soon as you have signed a contract with Au2mate, your onboarding starts
Before your first day at work, you will receive a welcome email from your new manager with practical details and a start-up plan.
On your first day you will be connected to an employee (Au2mate Uncle/Aunt), who will help you understand Au2mate processes, systems and culture.
You will be introduced to ‘Au2mate way of working’ and connected to our Academy and our onboarding training system.
Continuous follow-up with your manager so that you can adjust the training plan and onboarding to suit you
In Au2mate you will be a part of a division, but we also work and help each other globally and see this as a strength of our company.
