Target group
The course is targeting personnel with responsibility for creating or maintaining recipes in the Recipe Management System (RMS)
Prerequisites
Basic knowledge regarding dairy technology.
User of Windows based PCs.
Course content
Hands-on training in Arla Recipe Management System part of the Arla Foods – Automation standard OAS1
based on Arla Recipe Management System and system platform from Aveva/Wonderware.
The course will cover topics such as:
• General introduction to RMS (contents, structure, versions etc.)
• Enumerations, what are they used for and their applications
• Material definition, final products, by-products and material specific parameters.
• Process segments, creation of recipe templates and grouping by areas (RMS > 2.7)
• Product recipes, creation, editing, version update
• New CIP recipe, creation of CIP plant, creation of CIP line and route recipe
• Future improvements in RMS
Objectives
Upon completion of this course the attendant will be able to:
• Create new material definitions and create product recipe

This course runs with min. 4 max. 10 participants.
This course is conducted in Danish or English – all material in English
